Shane Johnson

Master Dog Trainer · U.S. Army Veteran

Puppy foundations. Real-world obedience. Reactivity, aggression, anxiety, fear, the dogs other trainers have turned away. Shane has worked all of it, and he does not sugarcoat it. 960+ hands-on hours through Highland Canine's Master Dog Trainer program, six months of full-time work covering pet behavior, police K9, search and rescue, and service dog training. Hundreds of dogs across every breed, age, and disposition. No room for guessing. Every program he runs is built after he meets the dog, not before. When something is not working, he changes it. The dog and the results get the final say.

He trains you as much as he trains the dog, because results that only hold when the trainer is standing there are not results. You learn the handling, the timing, and the read on what your dog is telling you. When the program ends, the work goes home with you. Lifetime support stays open after that, so you are never on your own when something shifts.
